CANCELLATION AND/OR RESCHEDULING POLICY
Churrascaria Garfo e Bombacha thanks you for your preference; however, if due to any contingency the plan cannot happen, check out our cancellation or rescheduling policy below.
From Cancellation:
1) For reservations made through digital media, the customer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 07 days after the purchase, and will be reimbursed for the full amount, discounting the fees charged from partner sites and bank fees, if any.
2) For the cancellation of reservations 7 days after the purchase, and once the customer has chosen not to reschedule, there will be a partial refund of the amount, equivalent to 50% of the amount previously paid, within 30 days of the request, including the fees charged by partner sites and bank fees, if any.
3) Reservation for holidays or promotions: These are non-refundable reservations, and the customer may only request a change of dates, subject to the availability of the Churrascaria and the compatibility of prices on the chosen date.
From the Remarks:
1) The reservation may be changed/rescheduled, provided that it is available on the new date and that the change request limit is respected, which is 48 hours. Churrascaria Garfo e Bombacha reserves the right to charge any price differences, which will be informed to the customer at the time of change/rescheduling

From No-Show — “No Show”
1) When the customer does not show up on the reservation date, without notice or notice within 12 hours of the provision of the service, there will be no refund or refund of amounts.
